Only 5 more days until our 2017 JASY team leaves for Kingston! The packing list has been sent, the venues are organizing the final touches on the activities for the week with our campers, and everyone is getting excited for the trip!
Our team is made up of 16 youth and 17 adult volunteers, who will serve as sports ambassadors for the campers, help teach swimming and soccer (football) skills, play gym games in Caribbean Games or share in arts and crafts at Olympic Village. The alumni from previous JASY camps are very excited to show the 17 JASY newbies how much fun we have at camp and how fulfilling this mission trip is for us and for the campers.
